How to let go of those subconscious patterns?

When I worked in corporate and my husband and I together earned almost $300K…I still shopped at Goodwill.

I didn’t spend money on myself. Everything had to be on sale. I didn’t go to massage therapists unless it was a gift (despite chronic neck pain).

Now…I have an acupuncturist, a therapist, a strategy coach, a mindset coach, two massage therapists, and energy healers that I see regularly. I go on retreats. I buy things at full price. I hire help.

Even when I don’t know where the money is coming from.

Even when I don’t know if I’ve “made enough” or “worked hard enough” that month.

I spend lots and lots of money on myself. And I don’t feel guilty.

Because I KNOW that money is unlimited, and when I share that abundance with others…then it’s always, always, always returned to me.

My business has grown SOOOO much since I started doing the work of:

▶️letting go of subconscious patterns

▶️releasing my very ancient money stories (some ancestral!)

▶️ utilizing manifesting tools to attract all that I want

▶️ continually, continually, continually stepping into that space of leaping before the net appears

How to let go of those subconscious patterns?

• Find some way of processing on a somatic level (I use tapping/EFT – and you can find my video on tapping here.)
• Journal, journal, journal: write down all of the reasons you don’t “deserve it”
• Take the actions that you believe the person who is “already there” is doing consistently
